Joe has a 25-year track record of world-class performance in executive management, operations, sales, marketing, and product development at companies such as Corporate Visions, Kronos, PeopleSoft, Workstream. By concentrating on maximizing human potential and performance, Joe builds, leads and grows world-class organizations focused on serving employees, customers, and communities. He has led companies under all ownership structures; Founder, VC, Private Equity and Public.

Joe studied marketing at California State University, Hayward, and earned a B.A. in Management from the University of Phoenix. He also has completed multiple executive education courses from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, Stanford School of Business and Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business.

MICHELLE VAZZANA, Chief Strategy Officer

Michelle Vazzana is a founding partner of VantagePoint. She co-authored Cracking the Sales Management Code and Crushing Quota: Proven Sales Coaching Tactics for Breakthrough Performance.

Michelle earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Florida International University, a master of science in organizational effectiveness from Marymount Loyola University and master’s certificates in both Instructional systems design and total quality management. Michelle earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Walden University, with a focus on sales management practices.

Phil Knowles, COO VantagePoint

PHIL KNOWLES, Chief Operating Officer

Phil Knowles is a founding partner of VantagePoint. He has more than 20 years of experience in business development and consulting for Fortune 1000 firms, as well as extensive experience leading performance improvement initiatives.

Phil has spearheaded major organizational change initiatives for organizations such as Boeing, A.T. Kearney, HP, Pfizer, Bristol Myers-Squibb, Essilor, and GE, to name a few. He has coached and trained thousands of salespeople and sales managers.

Phil earned a bachelor of science in business from the University of Nebraska, Magna Cum Laude.

Scott Weinhold possesses a deep expertise in helping marketing and sales organizations position their unique value to win sales. A veteran leader turned consultant, Scott has led strategic messaging, enablement, and positioning initiatives for leading companies in nearly every industry including 4 of the 5 largest software companies in the world. Scott helps sales organizations build and deliver messages and skills that cut through the market noise, build pipeline and win more deals.

Lisa Doyle, Product

LISA DOYLE, Vice President, Product

Lisa Doyle is Senior Director of Design and Development at VantagePoint. Lisa works directly with clients and business partners develop and implement performance improvement programs. She has a strong background in needs assessment, organization development, instructional design, and facilitation.

Lisa received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutger’s University and a master’s degree in industrial psychology and organization development from Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition, Lisa has completed training in the Co-Active Coaching model through the Coaches Training Institute and is accredited by the International Coach’s Federation.

ERIC FRASER, Vice President, Customer Success  

Eric moved from Melbourne, Australia to Menlo Park, California during the first dot-com boom, and converted from Software Developer to Sales Engineer. He stayed in the US Tech industry and built a career in Solution Consulting, Sales Technology and Solution Consulting Leadership.

Eric has built teams, processes & technical infrastructure to enable complex B2B Sales, specializing in fine-tuning CRMs and CRM-adjacent applications. He has studied and enabled most of the major sales methodologies, and has helped clients balance technology, AI, and human intelligence in their sales teams.

Jen Smith, VP Marketing, VantagePoint

JEN SMITH, Vice President of Marketing

Jen Smith is Vice President of Marketing at VantagePoint. She has over 20 years of experience leading brand, creative, digital and demand generation teams for organizations such as SunGard, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, USI Insurance, Corporate Visions and Sapient. She believes that marketing must align with sales and focus on driving real business results.

Jen graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Radio, TV and Film from Temple University. She also completed Harvard Business School’s ‘Business Perspectives for Design Leaders’ program.

Leff Bonney, VP Research and Product Innovation, VantagePoint

LEFF BONNEY, Consultant

Leff Bonney is a professor of marketing at Florida State University. Leff serves as Director of Executive Programs for FSU’s College of Business and its Sales Institute, which has been recognized as the premier university sales program in the U.S. Previously, Leff held sales leadership roles for two Fortune 500 companies.

Leff received a BBA in Marketing and a Ph.D in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, in addition to an MBA from the University of Georgia. Recently, Leff won the American Marketing Association’s Don McBane Award, given to educators and leaders who have made a lasting impact on the sales profession.
