ERIC FRASER, CEO
Eric moved from Melbourne, Australia to Menlo Park, California during the first dot-com boom as a software developer specializing in ERP applications. In 1999 he moved into Sales as a Solution Consultant at Siebel Systems, and since then has built a career based on understanding the processes, tools, and challenges of Enterprise B2B Sales. He has helped Fortune 100 clients and emerging, growing clients in the US, Latin America, Europe & Asia/Pac across a variety of industries.
Eric has studied and enabled most of the major sales methodologies, and has helped clients balance new processes, new technology and culture change in a realistic, practical way in their sales organizations. He credits his experience with Accenture for teaching him about technology, Siebel for teaching him about Sales, and his time in Japan for teaching him about how people and companies adapt to major change.
