VantagePoint Performance today announced that it has appointed accomplished industry executive Joe Terry as CEO and board member to lead the company through its next phase of innovation and spur exponential growth. VantagePoint’s rigorous research identified situational fluency as the cornerstone of sales success. Companies that employed a singular sales methodology were failing in 75% of their selling situations. The research concluded that the optimal buyers’ journey included up to four strategies and that the best sales executives were agile sellers who could pivot between strategies. Across the board, the research indicated that one size never fits all and that agile coaching and selling is the best way for sales teams to increase success.
